Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a pharmacist informaticist to support the medication electronic health record and clinical informatics initiatives. The role leverages clinical pharmacy knowledge and informatics skills to serve as a liaison between clinicians and technical teams.

You will develop informatics plans, analyze data, and design EHR builds to advance evidence-based practice and patient safety, collaborating with providers and leadership across care sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Epic Willow certification required.
• Experience in pharmacy informatics and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance evidence-based practice, improve medication safety, and optimize medication workflows.
• Design, evaluate, and implement EHR builds to support clinical practice and improve patient care quality and safety.
• Consult with providers and clinicians to evaluate information systems and bridge medication workflows with technology.
• Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements and create analytics to review performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and other regulatory requirements.
