Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics professional to design and implement informatics solutions that improve medication safety and workflow efficiency. The role interfaces with clinicians and IT, developing plans, analyzing data, and training users across the enterprise.

You will contribute to building electronic health record workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with leadership to optimize pharmaceutical operations.

Qualifications

• EPIC Willow certification within 6 months.
• Pharmacy informatics expertise and data analytics.
• Ability to liaise between clinicians and IT.
• Remote position with first-shift business hours; states IL, WI, NC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance evidence-based practice and safety.
• Design, evaluate, and implement EHR builds to support clinical practice.
• Consult with providers, leadership, and clinicians to optimize information systems.
