Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Hub Business Process Senior Professional to design, document, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end workflows for Pharmacy Hub Operations.

You will coordinate across Access Operations, Service Operations, Clinical Operations, pharmacy fulfillment, and other teams to ensure processes are well-documented, understood, and ready for go-live, with ongoing governance and optimization after launch. This remote role may require travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business process management, healthcare operations, or related field.
• 3+ years designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional processes in complex environments.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, job aids, or knowledge articles.
• Experience supporting organizational change, system implementation, or adoption of new workflows.
• Strong facilitation, writing, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple changes with disciplined documentation governance.
• Experience using operational data to drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities
