Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Pharmacy Hub Operations Senior Professional to design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end workflows for Hub operations. You will translate program designs into SOPs, job aids, and knowledge content, coordinating across Access Operations, Service Operations, Clinical Operations, implementation, product, and technology.

You will lead governance and change management efforts, ensuring frontline teams understand processes and that documentation is up to date,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business process management, healthcare operations, or related field.
• 3+ years designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional processes in a complex environment.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, job aids, or knowledge content.
• Experience supporting organizational change, system rollout, or adoption of new workflows.
• Strong facilitation, writing, requirements translation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to organize complex information, manage multiple changes, and maintain documentation governance.
• Experience using operational data or quality findings to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, implement, and improve end-to-end workflows for Pharmacy Hub Operations.
• Translate program designs and requirements into SOPs, job aids, and knowledge content.
• Collaborate across functions (operations, implementation, product, tech, QA, training) to ensure readiness for go-live.
• Governance, change intake, and knowledge management post-launch.
• Assist with ongoing workflow governance and continuous improvement as programs scale.
