Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Hub Business Process Senior Professional to design, document, and optimize cross-functional workflows for Pharmacy Hub Operations. This role ensures processes are clear, documented, and adoptable across teams during launch and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare or pharmacy ops experience, strong facilitation and governance skills, and a practical focus on usable processes and measurable outcomes for leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business process management, healthcare operations, pharmacy operations, change management, knowledge management, implementation, quality, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional business processes in a complex operating environment.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, work instructions, decision trees, job aids, knowledge articles, or other operational documentation.
• Experience supporting organizational change, system implementation, operational readiness, or adoption of new workflows and policies.
• Strong facilitation, writing, requirements translation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end workflows, change practices, and knowledge infrastructure for Pharmacy Hub Operations.
• Translate program designs, system capabilities, and clinical/operational requirements into SOPs, job aids, and knowledge content.
• Lead governance, change intake, knowledge management, and continuous improvement as the hub scales programs, clients, therapies, and capabilities.
