Humana Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Hub Business Process Senior Professional to design, document, implement, and continually improve end-to-end workflows and knowledge content for Pharmacy Hub Operations.

You will translate program designs, system capabilities, and clinical requirements into clear processes, SOPs, and training materials. During launch, you will work across Access Operations, Service Ops, Clinical Ops, pharmacy fulfillment, implementation, product, and analytics to ensure operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field such as business process management, healthcare operations, or change management.
• 3+ years designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional processes in complex environments.
• Experience creating SOPs, process maps, job aids, or knowledge content.
• Experience supporting organizational change and system implementations.
• Strong facilitation, writing, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
