Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is a remote-friendly compounding pharmacy seeking a Pharmacy Development Coordinator to translate strategy into action across multi-site projects, including new build-outs, environmental monitoring, security, and asset management. Travel is required, and the ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication.

The role reports to the Director of Pharmacy Development and emphasizes vendor coordination, on-site support, and program maintenance after launch.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience supporting or owning multi-site projects or recurring operational programs.
Experience managing programs with recurring deadlines (contract or lease renewals) and vendor deliverables.
Exposure to construction/build-outs, security, environmental monitoring, asset tracking, or lease/real estate administration.
Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple streams.
Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Take direction from leadership and turn strategy into executed action across projects.
Initiate, align, and execute construction/build-out projects with vendors and internal teams.
Own program implementations such as security, monitoring, asset management, and lease/real estate tasks.
Sustain programs with renewals, vendor performance tracking, and documentation upkeep.
Coordinate vendor communications and escalation as needed; maintain SOPs.
