Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Development Coordinator to translate strategic direction into action across site build-outs, environmental monitoring, and asset management. This remote role requires travel to active project and build-out sites nationwide.
You will drive programs from initiation to renewals, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, maintain documentation, and ensure consistent operations across sites. Travel is required and you will provide on-site support when needed.
Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy built on a simple conviction: medicine should fit the patient, not the other way around. We started Strive because we believed the pharmaceutical industry was overdue for a more human approach—one that prioritizes individualized care, clinical nuance, and genuine partnership with patients and providers.
Compounding gives us the tools to do that. Every formulation we prepare is built to the specific needs of a specific person, and every interaction we have is guided by that same commitment to personalized care.
We're growing, and we're looking for people who share that conviction. If you're ready to be part of a pharmacy that takes the work seriously and the people even more seriously, we'd like to meet you.
Strive exists to disrupt an industry long overdue for a more personal approach to care. We put the human element at the center of everything: every formulation, every patient interaction, every provider partnership. We're not just a compounding pharmacy. We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Remote with frequent travel to active project and build-out sites nationwide (central time zone preferred).
The Pharmacy Development Coordinator takes the strategic direction set by the Director of Pharmacy Development and turns it into action: initiating, aligning, executing, and maintainingthe projects and programs that keep Strive's sites running and growing. This includes new construction and build-outs, environmental monitoring, security, asset management, breakroom management, lease and real estate management, vendor management, and other department programs as assigned. This role owns the day-to-day work of bringing these programs to life and keeping them running well long after launch: coordinating with vendors and internal teams, keeping details from slipping, providing on-site support where needed, and sustaining programs through renewals, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and energized by follow-through. Travel is required.
This position is primarily based in a remote work environment and requires regular computer use, sitting, and standing, with occasional lifting as needed. Occasional travel (<10%) may be required for team meetings, conferences, retreats, or training. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
$60,000 - $80,000 USD
At Strive, the work is real and the impact is direct. Every role here contributes to a patient experience that's more personal, more attentive, and more human than what most people have come to expect from a pharmacy. Apply today and help us raise the bar.
