Strive Pharmacy is a growing compounding pharmacy focused on personalizing medicine and supporting employee growth. We seek a program manager to turn strategy into executed projects across our pharmacy sites and to own development programs from launch through renewals.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure documentation and communication with stakeholders remain thorough and accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience with facilities or renewal programs.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into executed projects across Strive's pharmacy sites.
• Own and sustain development programs from launch through renewals.
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams on construction and operational projects.
• Track deadlines, monitor vendors, and keep program documentation current.
