Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will guide new clients through onboarding, lead technical setups, and manage timelines, ensuring a smooth transition to active use.

Strong project management, EMR knowledge, and clear communication are essential. The ideal candidate will coordinate with Sales and Client Solutions, deliver live training, and support prescribing practices to maximize compounded medication accuracy.

Formación

• At least 2 years as a registered pharmacy technician.
• PTCB certification required.
• Experience implementing EMR or strong EMR understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing roles.
• Ability to work remotely and manage onboarding projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and technical implementations on schedule.
• Track milestones and mitigate risks to protect timelines.
• Configure software and workflows per client specs; set up users and integrations.
• Assist with data mapping, import/export tasks, and data validation.
• Deliver virtual training for admins and end-users to drive adoption.
• Advise clients on best practices for prescribing to maximize accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Monitor prescriptions for accuracy from first to activation.
