Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy embracing a human-centered approach to care. We are growing and seek a Pharmacy Development Coordinator to translate strategic direction into actionable build-outs, environmental monitoring, and asset management across sites.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and a proactive attitude, with travel up to 30% for implementations and audits.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3+ years of experience supporting or owning multi-stakeholder projects or recurring operational programs is preferred; multi-site, construction, or facilities exposure is a plus.
• Experience managing programs with recurring deadlines (contract or lease renewals, compliance-driven maintenance schedules, recurring vendor deliverables)
• Exposure to one or more of: construction/build-outs, physical security systems, environmental monitoring, asset tracking, or lease/real estate administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
• Comfortable working directly with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams, and knowing when to elevate.
• Pharmacy, healthcare, or other regulated-environment experience is a plus, including familiarity with environmental monitoring requirements relevant to pharmacy operations.
• Proficiency with project and work management tools; Asana experience preferred

• Sustain programs once implemented: track recurring tasks and renewals, monitor vendor performance, keep documentation current, and flag issues before they become problems.
• Coordinate vendor communications, including scheduling, deliverable tracking, and follow-up, escalating concerns to the Director.
• Maintain department documentation and standard operating procedures so programs stay consistent across sites.

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Remote with frequent travel to active project and build-out sites nationwide (central time zone preferred).

Position Overview:

The Pharmacy Development Coordinator takes the strategic direction set by the Director ofPharmacy Development and turns it into action: initiating, aligning, executing, and maintainingthe projects and programs that keep Strive’s sites running and growing. This includes newconstruction and build-outs, environmental monitoring, security, asset management, breakroommanagement, lease and real estate management, vendor management, and other departmentprograms as assigned. This role owns the day-to-day work of bringing these programs to lifeand keeping them running well long after launch: coordinating with vendors and internal teams,keeping details from slipping, providing on-site support where needed, and sustaining programsthrough renewals, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, astrong communicator, and energized by follow-through. Travel is required.

This position is primarily based in a remote work environment and requires regular computer use, sitting, and standing, with occasional lifting as needed.
