Zusammenfassung

Ladders is seeking a Director, Pharmacy Product Development to lead end-to-end development of pharmacy-related products from concept through launch and post-launch review. This remote role blends clinical, operational, compliance, and product management expertise to turn healthcare strategy into market-ready solutions.

You will partner with technology and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility, and drive readiness across the full lifecycle of pharmacy products

Qualifikationen

5–7 years in product management or leadership in healthcare.
Experience building business cases and launch plans for healthcare products.
Experience collaborating with technology teams on backlog management and Agile methods.
Strong understanding of compliance and governance in regulated healthcare.
Bachelor's degree; MBA/PharmD/MPH preferred.

Lead product development from conception through market launch and performance review.
Translate clinical strategies into actionable product requirements.
Conduct stage-gate reviews with cross-functional teams to determine project viability.
