Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence; Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team, including setting performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
• Experience working in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, patient safety requirements, and compliance standards.
• Education: PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy; Licensure: active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists handling remote prescription verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility; use data to inform decisions and improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and patient demand; coordinate with Workforce Management.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for consistent patient safety and compliance.
• Support implementation of new workflows, tools, and changes with clear team expectations.
• Develop proficiency across Remote Pharmacy systems and tools (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato).
• Maintain frontline workflow proficiency and participate in coverage rotations as needed.
• Ensure operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and drive timely resolutions.
