Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical services. You will drive operational performance, quality, and patient experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will shape training programs, leverage data for improvements, and partner with Care leadership to optimize workflows across Dialpad, Alto OS, and other systems. Strong leadership and clinical expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use operational data to drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee daily team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility using Looker and other tools.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and patient demand, ensuring coverage.
• Collaborate with Care leaders to design training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead change and adoption of new workflows and technology across the team.
• Build expertise across Pharmacy Ops systems (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) to optimize workflows.
• Support frontline operations with remote coverage rotations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.
