Qualifications

• Must be a resident of Utah.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience working with PC and internet-based systems.
• Strong multitasking skills using phone and computer simultaneously.
• Reliable broadband internet connection with minimum download speed of 10Mbps and upload speed of 5Mbps.
• Ability to adjust schedule regularly with at least a week’s notice.
• Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and other advisors via phone, e-mail, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or provider questions.
• Control each inbound and outbound call to ensure quality and compliance.
• Proactively anticipate customer questions and solutions in every interaction.
• Take ownership of problem resolution, coordinating with pharmacists and the pharmacy group when medical advice is required.
• Provide current, courteous, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer queries about coverage, copays, and transportation needs.
