• Identify solutions anticipate customer questions.
• Resolve issues end-to-end or collaborate with pharmacist staff for clinical advice.
• Provide best-in-class service in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle insurance and copay inquiries and shipping needs.
• Provide technical support when navigating pharmacy Amazon site.
• Build long-term customer relationships while ensuring privacy and safety per Work From Home policy.
