CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, verify benefits, enroll new patients, and process medication orders in a high-energy customer service setting. This work-from-home, full-time role emphasizes accurate information and compassionate support for both new and existing patients.

Training is virtual; hours are set (MST or CST) with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role handling high-volume inquiries.
• Experience with Windows-based applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word) and internet/email tools.
• Direct/hardwired home internet with adequate bandwidth and a private workspace; Texas resident required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls about complex specialty medication orders and enrollment.
• Verify eligibility, prior authorization, and other reimbursement requirements prior to shipment.
• Assist in enrolling and tracking new customer referrals and explain CVS/Specialty services.
