Sentara Health is seeking a Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting to lead analytics, reporting, and PBM oversight. You will leverage informatics, information systems, and data stores to monitor pharmacy trends and develop reporting, driving performance across the department.

The role blends independent analysis with mentoring, and requires collaboration with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Programs. A servant leadership style and growth mindset are valued.
