Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 5–7 years of PBM or related industry experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits across multiple product lines and self-funded products.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Ability to analyze monthly claim tracking results and observations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with consultants and vendors.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing a designated or partial book of business.
• Develop data-driven client reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate RFPs, vendor responses, and client presentations.
• Work with PBMs to collect data and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Analyze data with consultants to suggest plan design changes.
• Facilitate client service meetings and manage deliverables.
• Prepare client presentations and financial/clinical reports.
• Attend client events to strengthen relationships.
