CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives supporting large PBM clients. You will drive revenue growth, client retention, profitability, and long-term partnerships while guiding renewal and expansion strategies with data-driven, AI-enabled insights.

The role requires senior leadership, executive presence, and collaboration across cross-functional teams including finance, underwriting, analytics, and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare, account management, or related client-facing experience.
• Prior people leadership experience, coaching and talent development.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex employer or health plan accounts through teams.
• Strong executive presence and ability to present complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with data analytics and AI-enabled insights to forecast renewal risk and inform pricing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives, aligning goals to revenue, retention, and client satisfaction.
• Provide senior-level oversight for large PBM clients, balancing client needs with enterprise priorities.
• Own renewal and expansion strategies and guide teams in identifying solution opportunities.
• Provide portfolio-level financial visibility using advanced analytics and AI-enabled modeling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure data-driven execution and alignment with enterprise objectives.
