Job summary

ProPharma seeks a Senior PV Client Account Manager to strengthen client relationships in PV and MI, manage contracts, and ensure delivery of services. You will collaborate with the Client Services team to onboard new contracts and drive improvements based on performance data.

The role involves proactive communication, identifying growth opportunities, and occasional travel. A Life Sciences degree and at least 2 years in healthcare contract management are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Life Sciences degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in contract/client management in healthcare.
• Mentoring or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated ProPharma clients and expectations to retain and grow business.
• Develop and maintain client working practices and supporting docs.
• Liaise with Client Services to onboard new contracts and communicate best practices.
• Lead client visits and review past performance to identify improvements.
• Identify business development opportunities and negotiate terms.
• Ensure client invoicing reflects services and coordinate with management.
