This role drives onboarding, ongoing client satisfaction, and proactive service enhancements across projects and accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in contract/client management in a healthcare environment.
• Experience mentoring and/or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated ProPharma clients and their expectations to enhance client relationships.
• Develop and maintain client working practices and supporting documentation.
• Host client visits and meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding of new client services with internal teams.
• Identify business development opportunities and negotiate terms when appropriate.
