Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager in Client Services to proactively manage client relationships across PV and MI services. You will onboard new clients, manage existing contracts, ensure services are delivered within contract scope, and drive opportunities for expanded services.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree or equivalent is required.
• One year experience with a proven track record in contract, client, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new client contracts and ensure service delivery within contract scope.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and lead regular client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support service delivery and invoicing.
