Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager, Client Services to proactively manage client relationships across PV and MI services. The role supports onboarding, contract management, and ongoing service alignment with client needs.

The position is global, may report to multiple sites, and involves occasional travel. Candidates should have a Life Sciences background and at least one year in contract or project management, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree or equivalent.
• One year of contract, client, or project management experience.
• Ability to liaise with diverse clients and internal teams with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated client accounts and expectations.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered within scope and invoiced accurately.
• Onboard new client contracts and support service expansion.
• Maintain regular client meetings andcommunications, including audits and reviews.
• Develop client working practices and ensure compliance with SOPs.
