Job summary

ProPharma Group in the United States is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager in Client Services to manage designated clients and ensure services align with contracts. The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, onboarding new contracts, and regular client meetings.

You will coordinate with internal teams, extend services where possible, and support client audits and invoicing while promoting best practices and efficiency across engagements.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in contract, client, or project management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to liaise efficiently with client companies and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Manages designated ProPharma clients and their expectations in a proactive and professional manner.
• Ensures contracted services are delivered within the scope of the contract and maintains client relationships.
• Supports onboarding of new client contract services and regular client meetings during setup.
• Facilitates client discussions on improvements and best practices with ProPharma.
• Prepares for and attends client audits and reviews.
• Arranges and hosts client visits to ProPharma offices and ensures accurate invoicing.
