Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Senior PV Client Account Manager, Client Services to proactively forge and manage strong relationships with clients in support of pharmacovigilance and medical information services.

Your responsibilities include onboarding new contracts, guiding service delivery across functions, leading client visits, reviewing performance trends, and identifying opportunities for growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Required: Life Sciences Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years prior experience in contract/client management in a health care environment. Previous mentoring and/or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages designated ProPharma clients and their expectations to enhance the image of ProPharma, ensures current clients are maintained and potential new business is pursued.
• Develops and maintains client Working Practices and other supporting documentation as required.
• Forges excellent working relationships with clients via regular meetings and communications to discuss issues or improvements.
• Leads client visits to ProPharma’s offices including arranging and hosting the visit.
• Prepares for and leads client audits as delegated by management.
• Identifies business development opportunities and ensures these are addressed appropriately.
