Job summary

ProPharma Group is seeking a Senior PV Client Account Manager, Client Services to manage key client relationships in pharmacovigilance and medical information. The role focuses on proactive client engagement, contract oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and other departments.

The candidate will oversee client services processes, prepare for audits, and identify opportunities for process improvements and growth within the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Life Sciences Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years prior experience in contract/client management in a health care environment.
• Previous mentoring and/or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages designated ProPharma clients and their expectations in a proactive and professional manner.
• Develops and maintains client Working Practices and other supporting documentation as required.
• Liaises with all roles within Client Services team to support the onboarding of new client contract services.
• Leads client visits to ProPharma’s offices including arranging and hosting the visit.
• Identifies and negotiates terms of business; supports business development opportunities.
