Job summary

ProPharma seeks a Senior Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager, Client Services to manage client relationships, oversee PV and Medical Information services, and coordinate contracts and onboarding. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure service delivery and growth opportunities.

The role involves regular client meetings, developing process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to support ongoing client success and program expansion.

Qualifications

• Required: Life Sciences Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of contract/client management experience in a health care environment.
• Previous mentoring and/or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage designated clients and maintain high service levels for PV and MI.
• Develop and maintain client working practices and supporting documentation.
• Lead client visits and host meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
