Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Senior PV Client Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and oversee PV and MI services across contracts. You will manage expectations, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and drive service improvements through regular client engagements and audits.

Ideal candidates will have a life sciences degree, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple global projects with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at a global level.

Responsibilities

• Manages designated ProPharma clients and their expectations to enhance the company image.
• Develops and maintains client Working Practices and other supporting documentation.
• Forges excellent relationships with clients via regular meetings to discuss improvements.
• Supports onboarding of new client services and communicates best practices to clients.
• Leads client visits to ProPharma offices and hosts the visits.
• Prepares for and leads client audits as delegated by management.
