Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high‑quality pharmacy services, including remote verification and patient consultations. You will monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive workflow improvements across cross‑functional partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast‑paced environment, development of staff, and proactive use of data to enhance patient care and service levels.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience leading or supervising pharmacists in remote or centralized operations.
• Experience in high-volume pharmacy environments.
• Ability to use data/metrics to drive performance.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Experience with remote prescription verification and patient consultations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting/visibility using Looker and other tools to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to ensure proper coverage.
• Develop training and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance and safety.
• Drive change by implementing new workflows and technologies; train teams accordingly.
