Fuze Health Inc. is building a forward-thinking Care Operations team to deliver high-quality remote pharmacy services. The Care Supervisor, Pharmacist leads Remote Pharmacists, ensuring accurate remote verification, patient consultations, and efficient clinical workflows.

As a hands-on people leader, you will manage performance, coach direct reports, and partner with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to optimize patient care and compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Active pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching, developing a team and setting performance expectations.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use performance metrics to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and visibility for operations; use data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage with Care leadership and Workforce Management.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead operational change and translate changes into clear team expectations and adoption.
