The ideal candidate has PharmD, 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy, and a track record of leading remote teams while leveraging Looker

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active pharmacist license.
• Experience leading a remote or centralized pharmacy operations team.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee daily performance of service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience; set clear expectations.
