Fuze Health is hiring a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations. You will own day-to-day performance, staffing, training, and quality to ensure safe, efficient patient care in a scalable, tech-enabled environment.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD and an active U.S. license, with 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy and 2+ years in supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Active pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance.
• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead change and implement new workflows and technology.
• Build proficiency across systems like Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect and Veriato.
• Support frontline operations and participate in coverage rotations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
