Required: Doctor of Pharmacy with licensure in practice states, Epic Willow certification preferred, and 3 years of pharmacist experience (or PGY1/PGY2 in informatics). Remote schedule supports first shift.

Qualifikationen

• Epic Willow certification preferred or required.
• Experience with medication records, formularies, shortages, CNR/dispense prep, labeling, interfaces, automated dispensing systems or infusion pumps.
• Translate clinical decisions and operational needs into clear system build requirements and facilitate cross-functional decisions.

• Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication electronic health record.
• Serves as a liaison regarding clinical informatics and informs system build decisions.
• Develops informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance evidence-based practice and medication safety.
• Designs and implements new EHR builds to support clinical practice and improve patient care quality.
• Consults with providers, leadership and clinicians to evaluate information systems.
• Creates data analytics to facilitate data review and improve performance.
• Develops automated clinical rules to support patient care.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
