Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a pharmacist informatics professional to support the medication electronic health record and act as a liaison between clinicians and IT teams in a fully remote role. Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in practice state(s) or eligible for reciprocity.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Requires 3 years of pharmacist experience or completed PGY1/PGY2 in informatics.
• Epic Willow certification is required where possible.
• Remote location options in IL, WI, NC, GA with other states listed.

Responsibilities

• Leverage pharmacist and informatics skills to support the medication EHR.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians and IT/analytic teams.
• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance practice.
• Design and implement EHR build for clinical practice and safety.
• Consult with providers and leaders to evaluate information systems.
• Analyze informatics issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
• Create data analytics to drive performance review.
• Develop automated clinical rules to support patient care.
• Coordinate with external agencies to meet regulatory requirements.
