Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to support the medication eHealth record and act as a liaison between clinicians and IT. The role will shape informatics plans, perform data analyses, and drive evidence‑based practice improvements across medication workflows.

You will design and implement new EPIC builds, collaborate with providers and leadership, and ensure safety and compliance in a remote setting with standard first‑shift hours.

Qualifications

Pharmacist licensure in practicing state or eligibility for reciprocity.
EPIC certification and informatics experience preferred.
Experience with clinical workflows and EHR systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

Support medication EHR as a clinical informatics liaison.
Develop informatics plans, data analyses, and workflows to enhance safety.
Design and implement EHR builds to improve patient care quality.
Collaborate with providers and leaders to analyze informatics issues.
Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
