Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics specialist to join our Pharmacy Applications team in a fully remote role. You will leverage clinical expertise and informatics skills to support the medication EHR, liaise with clinicians, and design systems that enhance patient safety.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy, at least 3 years of pharmacist experience or PGY1/PGY2 in informatics, and EPIC Willow certification. Remote work from select states is available.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgment with systems thinking.
• Epic Willow certification and experience with medication records.
• Experience with formularies, shortages, labeling and interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Support the medication electronic health record with clinical informatics.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians and IT for informatics builds.
• Develop and implement EHR build improvements to patient safety.
• Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems.
• Create data analyses and automate clinical rules for patient care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for informatics solutions.
