Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to support the medication electronic health record and clinical workflows. You will design, implement, and evaluate EHR builds to advance patient safety and informatics solutions across departments.

The role requires 3 years of pharmacist experience or completion of PGY1/PGY2 in pharmacy informatics, EPIC Willow certification, and collaboration with clinicians and IT.

Qualifications

• Exceptional candidates will demonstrate strong clinical judgment with systems thinking.
• Licensed pharmacist in the state of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• EPIC Willow certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Support the medication EHR and clinical informatics initiatives.
• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance evidence-based practice.
• Design, evaluate, and implement new EHR builds to improve safety and care quality.
• Consult with providers and leadership to align information systems with clinical workflows.
• Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
• Create data analytics to enable performance reviews.
• Develop automated clinical rules to support patient care.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
