Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Pharmacist Care Manager to lead the Contact Center and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable processes that protect patient safety and quality of care. You will drive performance metrics, coach a multi-disciplinary team, and develop workflows across partnerships and regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, implementing and enforcing new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Experience as an Operational Manager or leader of a large mail order/clinical operation.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows within a complex operation.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.
• Expertise maintaining pharmacy compliance and interacting with regulatory authorities such as State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Experience using analytical tools to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Ensure efficiency metrics, service levels, and quality for prescription processing.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team, focusing on patient experience.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate team members; manage performance.
• Create and enforce workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory needs.
• Ensure pharmacy practice complies with regulatory and accreditation agencies.
• Triager and resolve day-to-day escalations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflows.
• Drive quality metrics and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and retain top pharmacists.
