Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Pharmacist Care Manager to lead the Contact Center and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable service for patients and partners. You will supervise a diverse team, develop workflows for partnerships and regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of patient safety and performance metrics.

The role requires active pharmacy licensure, strong regulatory acumen, and experience managing a large mail-order/clinical operation.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and enforcing new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Experience leading a large mail order/clinical operation.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows within a complex operation.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.
• Experience using data analytics tools to drive operational excellence (Excel/Tableau/Looker).
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed Pharmacist (RPh).
• Interaction with state boards of pharmacy and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members; conducting evaluations and coaching.
• Create and enforce new workflows for partnerships, launches, and regulatory needs.
• Ensure pharmacy practice complies with regulatory and accreditation agencies; develop policies.
• Triage and resolve day-to-day escalations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflows for care operations.
• Ensure patient safety and clinical excellence through quality metrics.
• Oversee deployment, training, and standardization of company policies.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement.
• Obtain out-of-state licensure to support growth and continuity.
