Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Pharmacist Care Manager in Maryland to oversee compliant, efficient, safe, and scalable operations for the Contact Center and Clinical Operations. You will drive operational excellence, focus on patient experience, staff engagement, and performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement new processes for partnerships and product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, implementing and enforcing new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Experience as an Operational Manager or leader of large mail order/clinical operations.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows within a large operation.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.
• Experience interacting with State Boards of Pharmacy and the DEA to ensure compliance.
• Experience using data analytics tools (Excel/Tableau/Looker) for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Ensure metrics for efficiency, service levels, and quality for prescription processing.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team; improve patient experience and morale.
• Recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Create and enforce workflows for partnerships, launches, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure pharmacy practice compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies and policies.
• Manage day-to-day escalations, staffing, scheduling, and workflows.
• Maintain patient safety and clinical excellence through quality metrics.
• Oversee deployment and standardization of company policies and procedures.
