Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience creating, implementing and enforcing new workflows for partnerships and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading a large mail order/clinical operation.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows within a large operation.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation.
• Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance with State Boards and DEA.
• Ability to use data tools to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Meet efficiency, service level, and quality metrics for prescription processing.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team with focus on patient experience.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and discipline team members as needed to ensure high performance.
• Develop and enforce workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory needs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and staff training across the operation.
• Obtain out-of-state licensure to support business continuity and growth.
