Viatris Specialty LLC in Dallas is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to develop and execute territory plans and deliver quality sales presentations. You will work with pharmacists, prescribers and local teams to achieve goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and independence, with travel across the territory and potential overnight stays. A Bachelor’s degree and valid driver's license are essential.

Formación

• BS or BA degree required.
• 0 years pharmaceutical sales experience; 0–3 years B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver results.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Ability to travel throughout territory (overnight travel possible).
• Must reside in territory geography.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to drive company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
• Professional or Senior leveling based on years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans, strategies and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within the territory while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive relationships with peers, customers and managers.
• Maintain high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather information from offices, pharmacists and others to inform territory strategies for prescribers.
• Leverage samples and literature to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond to customer requests timely and accurately with consistent information.
• Pursue continuous learning in efficient sales, communication and product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
