Job summary

Viatris Specialty LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to develop territory business plans, deliver compelling sales presentations, and achieve quarterly goals within the assigned territory while adhering to all ethical practices and regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel within the territory.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
• Authorization and ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
• Professional or Senior leveling will be based on years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans for the assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to ethical practices and regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Develop positive relationships with peers, customers, and managers.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather information from offices, pharmacists and others to develop strategies for territory prescribers.
• Leverage sample programs and literature to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond to customer requests timely with consistent information.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales, communication, and product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
