Norstella, a premier life sciences data and AI solutions provider, seeks a Client Enablement Specialist to deliver training across Citeline and Evaluate platforms and empower users to maximize platform value. You will own onboarding and ongoing proficiency across our global client base.

The role combines deep product expertise with instructional skills to develop sessions, guides, and videos, tailoring programs to personas, and collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in training, learning & development, or customer education.
• Familiarity with Citeline and Evaluate platforms (Trialtrove, Biomedtracker, Scrip).
• Strong understanding of pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Experience creating multi-format training content (e-learning, video, job aids).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct onboarding training for new clients across platforms (Evaluate Pharma, Biomedtracker, Trialtrove, Pharmaprojects, Sitetrove, Trialtrove, Scrip, Pink Sheet).
• Conduct refresher trainings for current clients focused on use cases and personas.
• Design and develop training sessions on Citeline and Evaluate products.
• Create and maintain training materials such as guides, quick reference cards, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
• Assess user training needs through usage data, personas, and use cases.
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer success teams on platform updates and releases.
• Maintain a training calendar and schedule sessions across time zones.
• Provide post-training support and follow-up resources.
• Track training completion and engagement using LMS and Salesforce.
• Gather user feedback to improve training content and delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
