Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth within an assigned territory by promoting approved healthcare products and educating providers. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals while executing strategic territory plans and compliant messaging.

The role requires up to 50% travel, strong negotiation and data analysis skills, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sales.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strategic territory plans to maximise opportunities.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Execute targeted call plans with appropriate call frequency based on segmentation.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
