Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience and specialty pharmacy exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strategic territory plans to maximize opportunities.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Execute targeted call plans with appropriate frequency based on customer segmentation.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization addressing customer needs and clinical considerations.
• Document product samples distribution in compliance with PDMA requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, territory information, and sales activity documentation.
• Utilize approved sales and marketing resources to communicate product value.
