The ideal candidate has a CPA license, 9+ years in public accounting, and strong communication, leadership, and technical skills, with willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required.
• 9+ years of experience in public accounting or equivalent balance of education and work experience.
• Ability to manage a fee base of at least $1,000,000 as Principal-1, increasing each subsequent year.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all client engagements from planning to staffing and timing with minimal supervision.
• Conduct engagement reviews and ensure technical accuracy.
• Supervise and mentor staff at all levels and support professional development.
• Identify, pursue, and build new client relationships and sales opportunities.
• Meet annual sales goals and contribute to marketing and business development.
