• Ability to plan, staff, and supervise engagements and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, staffing, timing and key technical issues on engagements.
• Review engagements and supervise all staff levels with minimal oversight.
• Identify and pursue new clients and meet sales goals.
• Develop client relationships and represent the firm externally.
• Support governmental and affordable housing audit work (PHA/HUD).
