Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required.
• Proven experience in public accounting with strong client-management skills.
• Ability to manage a high-value fee base and supervise staff across engagements.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client engagements from planning to completion with minimal supervision.
• Manage billing, cash collection, and engagement profitability.
• Develop new clients and meet annual sales goals.
• Mentor and supervise staff, deliver technical training, and maintain a collaborative team environment.
• Promote the Firm’s image through participation in industry activities and conferences.
